Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an item different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


2. Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • The product must remain in resalable condition

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost during transit, Bagfashonx will offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement shipment

2. Damaged Products

If your handbag or tote bag arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label (if applicable)

After verification, we will provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request has been approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Product Exchange Requests

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error

Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items
