Free Worldwide Shipping

Bagfashonx proudly offers free shipping on all orders worldwide. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout. The total displayed during payment is the final amount you pay.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We process orders from Monday to Friday, and do not arrange shipments on weekends and public holidays.

Processing time may be slightly longer during holiday seasons and big promotion events. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with official tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time will be affected by destination country, customs clearance, weather and local logistics efficiency.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Remote Areas: 10–20 business days

All delivery times are for reference only and cannot be fully guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to your registered email after shipment. Please wait 2-3 working days for logistics information to update normally.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once the package is confirmed lost in transit, we support free resending or full refund for you.

Damaged Packages

If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the package, and attach clear photos of products, outer packaging and shipping label. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may incur import duties, taxes and local handling fees in accordance with local laws. All related fees shall be borne by the buyer independently.

We are not responsible for any delivery delays and extra costs caused by customs inspection.
