  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or resend the item.

2. Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following case:

Product Exchange Requests
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different style or color), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items
